Muni Nandanasiri Paada Wandimu cover. Tribute to original artists who recoded this some 50+ years ago. This song colourfully illustrates the Buddhist followers’ journey to Adam’s peak in Sri Lanka. It is believed that lord Buddha visited this mountain and laid his holy footprint there. The ascent to the pinnacle is 6000 ft and takes an exhausting journey of 2 days of night ascent by feet in bitter cold weather.
