Ibaraki Sri lankan Friendship Associations New year Festival was held in doho park , in the southern park of tsukuba. Despite the poor weather ,the Festival was well attened, by a mix of around 1000 sri lankans ,japanese and other foreigners.lots of delicious Sri lankan food was on offer,as well as Traditional music ,dance and New year spots.
